Carved Lake Art offers a no questions asked return policy The product must be shipped back (at customers expense) to our warehouse in original packaging with no damage to packaging or product
within is 3 weeks of the original ship date. There are no restocking fees or other restrictions. Please email us at info@carvedlakeart.com for
an authorization to return any product. If your item was damaged in transit or has a defect please email us at info@carvedlakeart.com for and
exchange. Please include a photo of the damage with your email. In the event of damage or defect we will cover all expenses.
If you are returning for refund please make sure to insure your shipment. Refunds are not given for items that arrive here that have been damaged in transit.

Unshipped orders may be cancelled with no expense to the customer. Orders cancelled while in transit will be charged the original shipping fee.
