customer service January 3, 2022 Reviewer: Derrick Valdez from West Jordan, UT United States   I have ordered a few different pieces from Carved Lake and this last one I ordered without reading the description closely.  They would allow me to return the item but it was going to cost me $40 to ship it back.  They offered to pay for the shipping if I ordered a new piece.  I went ahead and took them up on the offer.  I made the mistake of not reading the description close.  Charles stepped up and paid for me to return the one I wasn't happy with for one that I absolutely love.  Thank you.  I will be buying more pieces in the near future once they restock .  I don't write reviews often, but I feel this deserved the effort of a good review for the effort to keep a repeating customer happy. Featured Piece in Formal Room April 30, 2021 Reviewer: Sid from Cookeville, TN United States   I followed David Roy and was on his waiting list for several months before stumbling into your online store. I'm so happy I did! We hung the piece in our very-1959 home's formal living room. It has been a show stopper. No one has walked into my house without commenting since. Love my new kinetic sculpture! March 6, 2021 Reviewer: Tyler Thompson from Longmont, CO United States   So I'd seen kinetic sculptures before and I always wanted one, but couldn't quite justify the price to myself. I courted this particular piece for about a year before I finally decided to buy it. I've had it for a little while now and LOVE it! The only negative thing I've got to say is the printed instructions that come with this thing are next to useless, the diagrams are sub-par at best, the font is small, and it doesn't lay out how to install the thing in what I'd call clear terms. HOWEVER it has a link to a youtube video of the install process and that proved invaluable. Outside of that I wind up my sculpture and run it multiple times a day, love the sounds it makes, love watching it, love the 3 hour run-time. Was this review helpful to you?

Really love this! February 22, 2021 Reviewer: Melanie Smith from Dalton, GA United States   It was even bigger in size than I realized. Easy to assemble and install after I watched the YouTube video. This piece is amazing. August 10, 2020 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Los Gatos, CA United States   I absolutely love this piece.  The paper installation instructions were a bit hard to follow but the video was crystal clear and I got it assembled and hung on the wall within a few minutes.  Now I’m looking for a place to put a second piece...
